1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, purchasing card credits, or utilizing the formatting tools available at quickpvc.com ("QuickPVC"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Service Scope & Proper Usage
QuickPVC provides automated software functionality allowing digital print operators, cyber cafes, and CSC centers to format legitimately possessed citizen identity PDF documents into printable CR-80 card dimensions (85.6 × 53.98 mm).
- You warrant that you have lawful consent and authorization from the rightful document holder before uploading any file.
- You agree never to upload forged, manipulated, fabricated, or deceptive identity documents.
- You acknowledge that QuickPVC does not act as an official issuing agency for any government card or scheme.
3. Wallet Credits & Pricing Policy
QuickPVC operates on a prepaid credit system:
- Rate: The standard formatting rate is flat ₹2 per completed card (2 credits = 1 dual-sided PVC card, ₹1 = 1 credit).
- Recharge: Recharges are processed via Razorpay through UPI, Net Banking, or Cards in predefined denominations (₹100, ₹200, ₹500, ₹1,000).
- Expiry: Wallet credit balances do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Non-Transferable: Wallet credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between independent user accounts, or withdrawn to third-party bank accounts.
4. Refund & Failed Job Policy
If a card formatting operation fails due to a server error, system downtime, or engine crash, the debited credit is automatically refunded to your wallet balance. For any payment deduction where credits were not instantly assigned due to banking latency, submitting a ticket via our Help Desk with the Razorpay Payment ID will result in manual resolution within 24 hours.
5. Ephemeral Processing & Privacy
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, QuickPVC processes document files exclusively in server RAM during crop conversion. Files are immediately destroyed from memory once the download payload is generated. We maintain zero database archives of uploaded citizen identification files.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, QuickPVC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from hardware printer malfunctions, incorrect operator scaling settings, ink smudging, or user negligence.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with QuickPVC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
