quickpvc.com operates as a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) and utility platform. We provide instant digital tools for print shops and digital service operators to format documents for PVC card trays.
Notice: QuickPVC does not sell, package, or dispatch physical items, physical PVC cards, or hardware materials via courier. No physical shipment will be delivered to a physical postal address.
2. Instant Delivery Timeline
All recharge credits purchased on QuickPVC are delivered electronically and immediately:
- Wallet Credits: Recharged credits are credited to your registered user wallet account instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation from the Razorpay payment gateway.
- Processed Documents: Converted PDF / image layout files generated using wallet credits are delivered directly to your web browser for instant preview and one-click download.
3. Shipping Charges
Because all services and digital assets are delivered online across our cloud infrastructure, there are zero shipping or handling fees applicable to any transaction on QuickPVC.
4. Delivery Issues & Support
In rare cases of internet interruption or gateway webhook delays where credits are not visible within 60 seconds after completing payment:
- Refresh your QuickPVC operator dashboard.
- If the balance remains unchanged, please email us with your Payment ID at support@quickpvc.com or open a ticket at Support Tickets.
